SnowHQ is a small, independent chalet company, and we take a real personal interest in what we do. You will receive a warm welcome when you arrive at SnowHQ, and our hosts will always ensure that you have the most entertaining, relaxing and enjoyable ski holiday.
The SnowHQ team have a real passion for skiing and snowboarding – that’s why we live here! We have been in the Peisey-Vallandry / Les Arcs area for quite a few years now because we just love the place, and our enthusiasm will be evident in the service you receive.
Located in Paradiski directly between Les Arcs and La Plagne
The SnowHQ chalets are located in Moulin, a small traditional village directly underneath the Vanoise Express cable car, which links the Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs area with La Plagne, forming the Paradiski domain. This gives you instant access to 425km of pistes, from beginner slopes to meandering tracks through the forest all the way to gnarly black runs and a vast area of back-country terrain. Paradiski is one of the best ski resorts in the world, and our location makes it easy to take advantage of it all.

We only employ professionally trained chefs, because we know how important great food is when you’ve been out on the slopes all day. Food at SnowHQ is one of our unique selling points and we work hard to ensure that it is of the highest quality. Ski and snowboard rental provided in-house upon arrival
You don’t need to go anywhere to get your rental equipment, as the rental company comes to you! Plus if you have any problems with your equipment, they will come and change it for you immediately for no extra charge. No more walking to the hire shop to change those painful ski boots!
During your first evening at the SnowHQ chalet, our ski technician will arrive and fit our all your party with high quality ski and snowboard equipment. You can choose kit for a wide range of abilities, for both adults and children alike. This system makes its incredibly easy and stress-free for you to kit up and get out on the slopes.
In-house massage service offering a wide variety of treatments
If you’ve pushed yourself a bit to hard, or just want a relaxing treatment, we can offer you a wide range of massage treatments in the comfort of the chalet. Choose from a full on deep tissue or sports massage to a calming and soothing Swedish treatment. You can pre-book a session, or alternatively book one on request any time during your stay.
Take the option for a “day off dinner” on the staff night off
If you’ve got children with you, or don’t fancy heading out to one of the local restaurants for dinner on the staff night off, why not opt for a SnowHQ “day off dinner”. Our staff offer the option of providing a meal of your choice, self-service, on their day off. All for a very reasonable price and much cheaper than dining out!
Free wifi in all our chalets, to keep in touch with friends back home
Everyone seems to need wifi theses days, so it’s no surprise that both our chalets have free high speed wifi connections, available 24 hours a day at no extra charge.
Games consoles in both chalets to keep the kids entertained!
We have games consoles available in both our chalets, so you can get the kids occupied whilst you relax with a glass of wine and chat about the day’s skiing.
